Submissions

Prospective authors are invited to submit an original Full or Short paper in IEEE PDF format via the EDAS online submission system:

Full papers should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and are limited to six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, references and appendices (two additional pages are allowed with an extra fee of 80 Euros per page).

Short papers, limited in length to four (4) pages, should be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, showcase early research results, and explore novel research directions.

All submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication, should be written in English and formatted according to IEEE Template.

To be published in the IEEE Xplore and proceedings, every accepted paper MUST have at least one registered author at the Full Rate. One author registration covers one paper. Each additional paper (2nd and onward) will be charged 50% of the full registration fee for the same author registrant (Registration fees will be displayed soon).

Important: Author submitting paper should make sure that all Co-authors mentioned in the paper are registered in EDAS, as it will not be possible to add them later after acceptance notification.

The program committee may designate some accepted paper to the conference as ISNCC-2023 Best Papers. Every submission automatically eligible for this award. Each author on each of the selected papers will receive a certificate to be awarded at the award dinner banquet.

• Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2. Enter the following:

TBA for the Conference ID

• your email address

• a password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
