Registration Dates

Early Registration Deadline: 08 September, 2024

Late Registration Deadline: 22 September, 2024

Registration is required for all participants. To be published in the IEEE Xplore and proceedings, every accepted paper MUST have at least one registered author at the Full Rate. One author registration covers one paper. Each additional paper (2nd and onward) will be charged 50% of the full registration fee for the same author registrant.

Each accepted paper must have a valid registration and the camera-ready version uploaded with copyright form via EDAS to be published in the proceedings.

Registration Rates

The registration fees shown below includes:

- Access to all Keynotes;

- Access to all Technical Sessions

- Technical papers and a digital copy of the technical proceedings

- Access to all workshops

- Coffee breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner

IMPORTANT!

_ When making registration and payment in EDAS, please make sure to select the "Paper(s) covered" by this payment. Otherwise, your payment will not

be linked to your paper(s), and it appears "Registered (but not paid)"

_ Payments could be performed by Credit Card or Wire Transfer only.

_ All transaction fees (Wire Transfer) should be charged to the sender, otherwise the Registration will not be accepted.

Please note that when making registrations, all options related to “IEEE Members” in EDAS, are visible only to people having updated their EDAS profile with their IEEE membership ID for 2024 and Not their membership in societies only, like IEEE ComSoc or IEEE Computer Society, as shown in the following:

Acceptance letter

If you need an Acceptance Letter, please make sure you:

- make registration

- send a request to isncc@ieee.org stating the EDAS# of your paper if you are author and your payment proof.

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpressTM site

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2. Enter the following:

• 62547X for the Conference ID

• your email address

• a password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
